Torts are known in law as civilian wrongfulnessdoings that are grounds for accommodate. Scenario one recreates the following torts: unintentional negligence, assault, defamation², battery, and aggravate assault.

c)Daniel is victim of an assault and battery from Malik,
d)Daniel commits an aggravated assault.
