Based on the components of our performance and career focusing outline, all of our employees will be allowed the equal opportunities and training to sacrifice theirs and the companys goals, thus allowing for a better performance pay outcome. Performance will be based on employee sales opportunities, accounts made, accounts, kept, amount of sales, and customer satisfaction. Employees will also be given the opportunity for team incentives.



Each team who improves on their quarterly sales stats will be rewarded with bonuses up to 20% of their monthly salary. To start with, all salaries will be adapt at the current market rate for our industry, business type and number of employees. Those current rates are as follows:

Outside Sales Representatives: $42,000 base + performance pay
