Reasons for pursing a MBA item ar that every year the world changes. To be a bit clearer on the subject let me explain, I k immediately experience many obstacle in my life that would square strike me to purse a new career. I learn concluded the American dream of completing high school earning my diploma, went off to college, where I received my Bachelors point in Sports Management. Where I learned to grow and mature as an adult, all over time things got hard and doors started to close. I experienced that things are not the same anymore. The degree that I have and the job it entitles are not fulfilling anymore its time for something new. So now is the start of something amazing.
In order to be competitive in todays workforce Ive decided that a MBA would be the best move for me. After working in many different fictional characters of jobs, I have substantial a number of skills. My diversity is very unique without any type of real training, almost every job that I have had was because of my ability to adapt to my surroundings. In taking the Jungian 16-type character legal opinion, scoring ENFP, I agree with my decision.
According to Jungian assessment people who score ENFP are good with conflict intermediary and tend to focus more on the people than themselves (Pearson learner Hall, 2007). In my work experience I have developed a foundation of creative attributes and people skills. So part deciding to move forward as a pro pursing further education seemed most logical. At the University of Phoenix, a MBA plan will provide me with a complete life altering experience that will give me the increased knowledge that I need to pursue my professional goals.
