Problem Definition
I shake been asked by Starshine Amateur Dramatic Society (SADS) to move over a computerised constitution which volition help them with their arriere pensees for their shows on the first Friday and Saturday of October.
Aims
This organization depart release customers to book seating area for themselves and their family and friends. The system get out allow customers to choose where they wish to sit and be open to guide easy access chairs at the end of the rows if they are disabled. The organisers and employees will be able to see how much money they have made so far by selling tickets. My system will prevent customers from double booking and customers booking will have a certain amount of time in which to complete their form. If at that place wasnt a time limit, there could be a possible double booking difficulty if someone started filling out their forms and they stopped for whatever reason. The customers booking will consume to see the available seats so that they dont have to guess what number seats are available. The customers who wish to maintain the performances must be able to book for either Friday or Saturday and I submit to make this clear so that customers are non confused by thinking they have their tickets for the Saturday but are actually for the Friday.



The organisers submit to have some details of the customers such as a contact number and what seats they have booked and for how umteen people, so they will be collected and stored. The organisers and the employees will need to be able to access and change the customers information and if demand the customers information can be retrieved and deleted.
Limitations
There will be some limitations to the project. One of the main limitations is the system will not be accessible from the internet so the customers who wish to watch the performances will have to book through use of the scream at home or on a ready or go into the main office and ask.
