Frogs dissection

1. First we collected all tools for dissecting a toad which was female.

2. All of our crew has exhausted gloves for protection from the chemical that the frog was in, and for our own protection of teddy ourselves.

3. The frog we tolerate were dissecting was female, the reason wherefore we knew that it didnt cast en king-sized padded thumb.

4. We used an a lab worksheet to garter us better identified frogs extraneous parts, such as Mouth, nictitating membranes, tympani and eyes,

5. We bind placed frog on its back, and pinned it with needles, so it would not move around the plate, because of piddle on it and when we used cutting tools

6. Our first identification was mouth, which we ready opened to identify different part such as, teeth, the upper jawbone teeth, the tongue and the internal nares.

7. We were examining the frogs cloaca which is posterior and located between the legs. Used the scissors to cut on the center of the body from the cloaca to the lip of her mouth.

8. We used the worksheet plot to help us locate and identify esophagus, stomach, small intestine, cloaca, large intestine, gallbladder, liver and pancreas.

9. therefore we took out all the internal variety meat of the frog and laid them on the pan next to it.

10. We have removed the kidneys and looked for spinal nerves those that were extend from the spinal cord.



Then we have dissect the right thigh, and traced the nerve which was colored fair and it went into a leg muscle.

11. At the end of our experiment we have disposed the frog and of all the remains of it, and cleaned all the materials in which we used in dissection of the frog.
