There are six developmental theories that all describe changes in ones port as a person grows in society. All though the developmental theories are variant, they all focus on the thought process that human behavior is the result of mortal physiological changes in respect to look situations. The family life cycle and Daniel Levinsons theories catch some similar and different psyches. The two theories are identical in troika ways but have different perspectives.
The family life cycle theory is based on the idea that children must be separated from their family of origin in magnitude to nonplus physically and emotionally capable to think on their own and make independent decisions. It also is focused on the idea that change and development rely on crisis. During adolescents parents train to provide opportunities for their children to make some decisions on their own. Parents also get hold of to accept their childs wishes regarding a career excerption and new intimate relationships; when this happens both the child and the parents can get on to a new stage of their lives.
In this theory, three things must be done in order for an individual to reach this stage of their lives. The first is finding out who you are as a person. This involves re-assessing lessons parents have taught and lessons an individual learns on their own, and decision making which qualities you believe are important and will help you become independent. In addition, adolescents must create relationships outside of the household to hear they have emotional stability. Finally, adolescents must dedicate themselves to a cheat that will provide them with financial stability.
